Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Focus : Front End + UI Design)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara (Andares)

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain server side and client-side code for B2B and B2C ecommerce platform.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.

• Implement and manage database schemas, queries, and optimizations for efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in respective programming languages and framework – Angular, Node.js, Typescript, NgRx, Java, MySQL with strong adherence to best practices coding standards, security, logging, performance, versioning.

• Develop the user interface page according to the user story and UX design specifications.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Front-end (full-stack desirable) UI development for applications with large data volumes and reporting.

o Proficiency Level: Advanced to Expert - Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex UI components and handle large datasets efficiently.

• Experience in front-end development using Angular (Material UI).

o Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced - Ability to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces, familiarity with Angular best practices, and experience with Material UI components. This must be a recent experience and with Angular 16+

• Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to distill and clarify complex logic.

o Proficiency Level: Advanced - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, think critically, and provide clear and concise solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Middle to Strong knowledge of MySQL databases, including schema design, implementation of stored procedures, and query optimization for large data volumes.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Node.js (NestJS) and Java (Spring Boot) back-end systems.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Background in retail, ecommerce, food and drinks, or freight rate management systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience setting up feature flags leveraging tools like Switch.io and Cloudbees.
