Full Stack Software Engineer - Web/Mobile

As part of a small agile team, you will be collaborating closely with customers on customising existing software and developing new products. You will also play a role in product management and building software that is robust and customer-centric.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications.
- Developing and maintaining backend services focusing on performance, reliability and security.
- Collaborating with customers to deliver new features end to end.
- Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Supporting CI/CD practices, testing and code quality standards.
- Opportunities to become involved in projects involving other business platforms including Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric and Copilot Agents.
- Strong commercial experience with JavaScript/React Native
- Commercial experience building and maintaining services in Go (Golang)
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles (APIs, version control, testing, security)
- Experience working in agile, customer‑led teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
- Exposure to Next.js
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
- Work on products that are actively evolving
- Influence technical direction early and grow with the platform

Location and Flexibility
This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement.
