Full Stack Software Engineer - Web/Mobile

We’re looking for a (Full-Stack) Software Engineer to join our growing team and help design, build and scale modern digital products. You will have a strong focus on web and mobile development, across both front-end and back-end development.

As part of a small agile team, you will be collaborating closely with customers on customising existing software and developing new products. You will also play a role in product management and building software that is robust and customer-centric.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications.
• Developing and maintaining backend services focusing on performance, reliability and security.
• Collaborating with customers to deliver new features end to end.
• Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Supporting CI/CD practices, testing and code quality standards.
• Opportunities to become involved in projects involving other business platforms including Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric and Copilot Agents.

Essential Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Strong commercial experience with JavaScript/React Native
• Commercial experience building and maintaining services in Go (Golang)
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles (APIs, version control, testing, security)
• Experience working in agile, customer‑led teams
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience

Desirable (but Not Essential)

• Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
• Exposure to Next.js
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
