Business Development ExecutivePuneLooking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate qualified appointments and support sales growth through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate B2B appointments through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Reach out to prospects in US & EU regions
- Introduce the company and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager
- Research and identify key contacts and companies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like Salesforce
- Grow LinkedIn network and engage with potential clients
- Verify and manage data collected from various sources
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Cold calling and email outreach
- B2B lead generation/Appointment Setting
- Research and data collection
- Activity tracking and reporting
- Proficient in Excel
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesIntel
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B appointment setting
- Familiarity with international markets (North America, LATAM, APAC, EMEA)
- Open to rotational shifts
