Product Manager

What is The Role:
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Technology (RevTech) Engineering team, working closely alongside a Principal PM to turn strategy into shipped product. This team builds Field internal tooling, GenAI-powered workflows, and Support experiences that Elasticians and our customers rely on every day — and when you get a feature right here, you feel it across the entire Field organization!
This role is a strong fit for Associate PMs, Business Systems Analysts, and Program or Project Managers who are ready to grow into full product ownership. We value diverse professional backgrounds and care more about how you think than where you've been.
What You Will Be Doing:
Balance product discovery, execution and planning while staying close to the Principal PM, Revenue Operations, and Field business partners. In a typical week, you might be writing requirements with engineers in the morning, reviewing adoption data in the afternoon, and syncing with leaders on what's coming next.
More Specifically, We Count on You To:
- Work collaboratively with engineers to translate Field team needs into clear requirements and well-scoped feature initiatives, each connected to a measurable business outcome.
- Define what success looks like before development begins, then follow adoption and usage data to sharpen both current execution and future planning.
- Ensure that features powered by GenAI are well-instrumented and delivering real return on investment — this team ships AI-powered workflows, and we take that responsibility seriously.
- Spot opportunities to improve internal processes and feature sets, and follow through on them.
- Comfort in discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers, even without writing code yourself.
- Experience using data to assess what's working and drive continuous improvement.
- The ability to turn ambiguous problems into detailed, actionable requirements.
- A collaborative approach, low ego and a genuine investment in the team's success.
