Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Graph Platform and AI-Graph Integration initiatives. This role will work at the intersection of regulatory operations, data intelligence, and generative AI, partnering with RegOps leadership to transform from reactive to proactive regulation. The Lead Product Manager will shape the future of regulatory technology by embedding graph-based intelligence into the organization’s AI systems and enabling advanced investigative analytics across regulatory teams. This is a strategic role defining how AI, data, and regulatory process converge to strengthen market integrity and investor protection.

The Lead Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the Graph Solutions Platform and oversees integration of graph intelligence with generative AI systems. This role partners closely with RegOps leadership to understand evolving regulatory challenges—from detecting hidden fraud networks to accelerating investigations—and translates those needs into product strategy that leverages both graph analytics and AI capabilities. This role identifies and manages work with a high level of autonomy, making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of Enterprise users and stakeholders.

Product Portfolio Management

  • Defines product(s) vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Develops deep understanding of users’ information discovery needs to identify gaps in product functionality
  • Conducts data analysis and performs experiments to measure product success, understand user needs, and uncover additional value
  • Makes trade-off decisions for multiple products in a product group
  • Proactively builds partnerships with relevant stakeholders and coordinates with interdependent teams to drive efficiencies

Product Planning & Prioritization

  • Leads the product planning process by managing the development of intake and requirements documents
  • Maintains a prioritized backlog based on defined user value, aligning with established product strategy and resource capacity; uses data and analytics to prioritize the product backlog appropriately
  • Works closely with UI/UX to set the direction for the design of the user experience for information discovery tools
  • Proactively identifies and solves risks and issues uncovered through the planning process, escalating to leadership when necessary

Product Development

  • Provides UX/UI approval and validation of acceptance criteria for the assigned products
  • Tracks the development work and proactively drives resolution of escalated issues and bugs
  • Coordinates development, integration, and testing across interdependent product and technical teams

Launch

  • Leads large and sometimes highly complex product launches by working with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement launch plans.
  • Identifies, reviews, and resolves issues and blockers that may delay the launch or impede the success of product(s)
  • Develops product documentation and training materials for users in support of product launches
  • Tracks and reports on product launch metrics, utilizing feedback to drive improvements and iteration

Operate

  • Works with internal and external teams and users to identify, classify, and resolve user issues
  • Represents team in product discussions with stakeholders

Team Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Provides coaching and guidance to more junior-level product management team members
  • Works with cross-functional leaders and experts to establish best practices and identify opportunities to improve the product development and delivery process

Education & Experience Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
  • 6-8 years plus of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Hands-on experience with Graph platforms as a Product Owner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for a wide variety of audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Experience with Agile software development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree
  • Experience with internal-facing and enterprise-wide product management
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience building business intelligence solutions and/or data lakes
