Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Focus) (m/w/d)

Our Client is a global consumer intelligence leader, who are transforming how the world's biggest brands understand their customers. They are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with an AI focus, where you'll be a key architect of their automated market research platform, helping them scale a sophisticated SaaS product that puts AI-powered insights into the hands of researchers and brands worldwide.

What you will be doing:

● Collaborate with a high-caliber product and engineering team to shape how AI capabilities are designed, integrated, and delivered across our platform, contributing directly to their vision of an AI-native product experience

● Design and implement AI-powered features including LLM integrations, prompt engineering and agent-based workflows

● Evaluate AI outputs critically, implementing robust validation, fallback handling and observability to ensure reliability in production. Maintain and extend our suite of automated tests, including strategies appropriate for testing AI-assisted functionality

● Break down complex problems into small, deliverable steps. Set clear expectations with teammates, proactively communicate blockers and work closely with our Data Science team to integrate AI and ML capabilities into the platform

Who you are:

● You have a strong foundation in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and CSS/SASS, with a keen eye for UI component libraries

● You have worked with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in a production context, not just experimentation

● You understand the practical challenges of building reliable AI features: prompt design, context management, latency, cost, and output validation

● You use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) fluently and understand that great software is tested software, across unit, integration, and end-to-end approaches

● You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills
