Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Southfield, MI. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations and processes, ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency. The role involves managing budgets, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment through effective team leadership. Additionally, the position requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of care and services provided to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and implementation of efficient processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance and identifying solutions
  • Experience in Team Management, including staff development and leadership
  • Knowledge and expertise in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost management
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and trust
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and organizational capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of managing operations within a home care, healthcare, or service-oriented organization is a strong advantage
