Agentic AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Agentic AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern AI agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, and data platforms, along with solid programming expertise in Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform multi-step tasks using LLMs
• Build and implement Agentic Agents leveraging frameworks and orchestration tools
• Apply advanced reasoning techniques such as ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) patterns
• Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms to ensure reliable and controlled agent behavior
• Develop and manage memory systems (short-term & long-term) for agents
• Enable tool usage capabilities using protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches
• Collaborate closely with prompt engineers to optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance
• Integrate agents with enterprise data systems and APIs
• Work with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
• Proven experience building or working with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Deep understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering concepts
• Experience implementing ReAct patterns or similar reasoning frameworks
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with memory architectures in AI systems
• Familiarity with tool integration and orchestration (MCP or similar concepts)
• Solid understanding of data engineering and data platforms:
• Snowflake
• Databricks
• Lakehouse architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI systems in production environments
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures

Nice to Have

• Exposure to multi-agent systems
