Your Mission

As the Regional Managing Director, you’ll lead our Finance & Accounting Contingent Staffing Sales Division in Tyson's Corner, VA—a market that’s growing fast and full of opportunity. You’ll be the architect of success, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, driving strategic growth, and owning the market.

Who You Are

• Must have Finance & Accounting contingent staffing experience in either a management or production capacity
• Bachelor’s degree
• Hand's on -- servant leadership mentality
• Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams.
• A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Lead & Scale: Direct a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of performance, development, and fun.
• Mentor & Motivate: Coach your team to exceed goals, grow their careers, and celebrate wins together.
• Grow the Market: Drive revenue and profitability in a high-potential region, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
• Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement service and delivery plans that support organizational strategies and objectives.
• Champion Quality: Serve as the quality checkpoint for service and delivery, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive Accountability: Provide ongoing performance feedback and hold your team to high standards.
• Analyze & Forecast: Prepare operational and financial forecasts and projections to guide growth.
• Adapt & Respond: Identify customer needs and respond quickly to changing business environments.
