Role Summary:
- We are building the next generation of cyber security solutions, and we need a driven Product Manager to lead its development. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for our cyber security solutions, spanning real-time threat monitoring, intelligent alert triage, automated investigation workflows, and analyst augmentation tools.
- You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, collaborating with security researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver products that fundamentally transform how SOC analysts detect, investigate, and respond to threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the cyber security solutions
- Translate complex security use cases into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Identify market opportunities and competitive gaps in the security monitoring and investigation space
- Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs
Customer & Domain Expertise
- Conduct deep discovery with security analysts, threat hunters, and CISOs to surface pain points and unmet needs
- Develop a strong understanding of SOC workflows: alert triage, incident investigation, threat intelligence, and response playbooks
- Act as internal SME (Subject Matter Expert) for security operations use cases
- Set success metrics for AI features, and continuously refine models in partnership with data science teams
- Ensure explainability and analyst trust are designed into every AI-assisted feature
Cross-functional Execution
- Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Drive agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive interfaces for security analysts under high-pressure conditions
- Work with sales and customer success to support go-to-market activities and customer onboarding
Qualifications and Skills
Must-have:
- 3–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity products
- Hands-on experience with security monitoring, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, or related security tooling
- Deep understanding of SOC operations: alert lifecycle, incident response, threat investigation workflows
- Proven ability to write clear PRDs, manage backlogs, and drive cross-functional execution
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Vietnamese for local stakeholder engagement)
Nice to have:
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products (e.g., anomaly detection, NLP, LLM-based assistants)
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework, threat intelligence platforms, or digital forensics workflows
- Background as a SOC analyst, security engineer, or threat hunter before transitioning to product
- Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS product development
