[XNOQuant] - Senior AI Engineer

📍 Ho Chi Minh City | Full-time

What you’ll do:

• Lead design and delivery of multi-agent AI systems and LLM pipelines for capital markets

• Own the full AI lifecycle: data strategy → model development → production → monitoring

• Define engineering standards and MLOps practices for the AI team

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years shipping production AI/ML systems end-to-end

• Expert Python, PyTorch; strong command of Transformers and generative models

• Proven LLM system architecture (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration)

• Experience with RL, financial time-series data, and cloud-native MLOps

• Technical leadership: you set direction, make trade-offs, drive alignment

Bonus: Published research, agentic frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph), quant finance background
