Junior DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

• Participate in building and operating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for internal systems using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Argo CD, or Jenkins.
• Participate in deploying, operating, and troubleshooting Docker/Kubernetes systems in production environments.
• Collaborate with the team to implement monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or OpenTelemetry.
• Support improvements in system reliability, automation, and operational process optimization.
• Participate in incident handling, root cause analysis, and post-incident system improvement activities.
• Research and apply AI in daily DevOps work such as automation support, troubleshooting, log analysis, scripting, or operational process optimization.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or equivalent roles.
• Experience working with Linux and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewall).
• Experience or knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one CI/CD tool such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
• Experience using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience working with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or VNG Cloud.
• Basic understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/Loki.
• Basic scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation purposes.
• Automation mindset, proactive learning attitude toward new technologies, and ability to apply AI in daily work.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
