We're a leader in restaurant technology, empowering brands worldwide to create lasting connections with their guests. We're looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to design and develop server-side features in Elixir/Phoenix backed by PostgreSQL, deploying and managing cloud workloads in AWS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven expertise with Elixir and OTP principles
- Proficiency using a variety of database technology, both relational and non-relational, and in particular PostgreSQL (schemas, queries, performance tuning, JSONB, indexing strategies)
- Hands on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (EKS, S3, Aurora)
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, testable code (TDD/BDD practices mandatory)
- Experience working in Agile teams (code reviews, refinement, demos, CI/CD practices)
- Good understanding of version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab)
