Role Description


We are looking for a motivated Implementer / Account Manager to join our team at Figame.com Travel Organisation LTD. In this role, you will support our clients in successfully implementing our SaaS travel platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while building and maintaining strong long-term relationships. You will work closely with B2B corporate clients to help them configure the platform according to their travel policies, approval flows, and operational needs.


Key Responcibilities


  • Assist with the onboarding and implementation of new clients, including defining project timelines.
  • Consult clients on their travel policy and approval workflows, and guide them through the correct setup of the platform.
  • Manage the rollout of the SaaS travel platform implementation projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding platform questions or issues.
  • Proactively engage existing clients to transition from offline to online services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing clients.


What We’re Looking For


  • 1+ years of experience at least in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, travel.
  • Basic knowledge of the travel industry and current trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
