Role Overview
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Account Managers to join a dynamic inbound sales team. In this role, you will handle incoming client interactions, support customers, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish + good English
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (specifically involving calling clients)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- EU nationality
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend shifts
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- Base Salary:competitive
- Performance Bonus: Uncapped, paid quarterly
- 14 Salaries: (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between summer & Christmas)
- Meal Voucher: €50/month

- 25 days annual leave
- Permanent contract
- This is an inbound sales role, not pure customer support
- Candidates must have relevant sales experience (calling clients)
- Relocation support is limited and assessed case by case
