Join Dedalus as a Technical AI Lead to lead a global team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers, providing strategic and hands-on technical leadership across AI product portfolio and internal AI initiatives. Develop best practices, standards, and guidelines for AI assisted software development, and contribute to AI partner vetting and technical due diligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Proven experience leading an AI technical team in a product-focused environment
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI development practices
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven development workflows, including LLM-assisted development
- Strong proficiency with the modern ML stack (e.g. Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, cloud platforms) and tools such as Claude code
- Demonstrated ability to define and enforce AI governance practices
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
