Requirements
- Track record leading cross-functional AI or digital transformation end-to-end
- Engineering background strong enough to drive architecture and challenge senior engineers
- Product mindset for internal products and services and internal customers
- Deep change-management expertise
- Structured thinker and communicator
- Working fluency with the modern AI engineering stack
- Leadership exposure to internal AI/engineering teams and classical IT operations
