Data Analyst (m/w/d)

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze and link relevant data along the Onsite Customer Journey, identify optimization potential, and derive concrete action recommendations with business impact from it.

Requirements

• Conducting analyses of user behavior along the entire Onsite Customer Journey with a focus on Conversion, Engagement, and Business Impact
• Deriving actionable insights from tracking data (Webshop and App) as well as identifying performance drivers and optimization measures
• Comprehensive analytical accompaniment of A/B tests in the framework of iterative and exploratory product development, as well as sparring partner for product teams and business owners
• Close cooperation with stakeholders to define relevant questions and derive data-based decisions
• Preparation of complex analyses as well as development of dashboards and visualizations to support the departments
• Building and further development of self-service analytics in the departments
• Successful completion of a degree with a quantitative focus or comparable analytical qualifications
• Several years (at least 2 years) of work experience in the field of Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Web Analytics, ideally in the e-commerce sector
• In-depth knowledge of tracking data analysis, as well as experience in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests
• Safe handling of SQL and database systems
• Affinity for generative AI and its use to increase efficiency along the analysis process
• Ideally experience with the Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio
• Ability to analyze complex matters structured and present them in an understandable way (Data Storytelling)
• Very good German knowledge, as the role requires close cooperation with German-speaking stakeholders
• Team skills, self-responsibility, and a willingness to learn
