Job Description

As an Account Manager at Evooq, your primary purpose is to ensure client satisfaction and deliver a consistently positive experience with our software and data products. You will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your client portfolio, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships. You will also be responsible for identifying new requirements, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring clients extract maximum value from the Evooq platform.

What You Will Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the internal voice of your clients within Evooq — ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and effective manner, facilitating issue resolution and enhancing overall satisfaction

Commercial Growth

  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Evooq product ecosystem
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, aligned with each client's business goals
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure the proper execution of all contractual aspects
  • Oversee account receivables and ensure timely payments

Platform Adoption & Value Delivery

  • Maximise client utilisation of Evooq products and services — providing guidance and best practices to ensure clients gain full value from their investment
  • Keep clients informed about new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring they are always aware of the latest developments
  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and align Evooq solutions accordingly

Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Track and analyse key account metrics — including product usage, revenue generation, and client satisfaction — to generate insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to drive client success and ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting, providing regular updates to leadership
