What You Will Do
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
- Act as the internal voice of your clients within Evooq — ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to help clients achieve their business objectives
- Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and effective manner, facilitating issue resolution and enhancing overall satisfaction
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Evooq product ecosystem
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, aligned with each client's business goals
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure the proper execution of all contractual aspects
- Oversee account receivables and ensure timely payments
- Maximise client utilisation of Evooq products and services — providing guidance and best practices to ensure clients gain full value from their investment
- Keep clients informed about new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring they are always aware of the latest developments
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and align Evooq solutions accordingly
- Track and analyse key account metrics — including product usage, revenue generation, and client satisfaction — to generate insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to drive client success and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting, providing regular updates to leadership
