What You Will Do
- Lead the development of key marketing strategy documents (strategic plans, annual plans, product launches) in partnership with the broader marketing team
- Identify and translate unmet or unexpressed customer needs into product and program improvements
- Coach the team on competitive positioning, including strengths and weaknesses of key competitors
- Drive segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategies aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Strengthen customer insights by guiding teams on value proposition, buying drivers, and aligning offerings to customer success factors
- Establish processes to maintain customer engagement and proactively address issues impacting satisfaction
- Translate strategy into execution by turning marketing plans into actionable initiatives and clear deliverables
- Communicate effectively across teams, including guiding MarComm strategy, sharing insights, and coaching on forecasting, PLCM, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- MBA
- Minimum 3 years medical device or marketing/sales experience
- US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual
