Solera is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their tiger-team, targeting products with development velocity needs or platforms requiring re-architecting. The role involves developing enterprise solutions, upskilling development teams, and contributing to the next-gen AI SDLC process.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role
- Extensive Full stack C#/TSQL/React hands-on development experience
- Self-starting problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly upskill in new technologies and understand complex enterprise environments
- Practical experience utilising latest AI technologies to accelerate development (GitHub Copilot preferred)
- Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code
- Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally BDD style
- Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications (desirable)
- Team lead experience (desirable)
- Implementing AI solutions in the enterprise (desirable)
- Process automation (desirable)
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHib actions and Jenkins (desirable)
