The Role
- Take product ownership for a key planning tool (PV Manager)
- Drive the continuous development of a digital ecosystem
- Develop new business models and market strategies in collaboration with sales teams
- Manage requirements and backlogs for software development
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis
- A degree in industrial engineering, engineering, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in product management for digital B2B products
- Strong technical and economic understanding
- Good understanding of customer needs and market engagement (Customer Journey, Personas), with experience collaborating with clients and software developers
- Excellent communication skills, high customer orientation, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Good written and spoken German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Monthly credit for employees
