As the team's leader, you will facilitate delivery of initiatives, manage and coach engineers, and drive improvements to team processes and practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Go or similar languages
- 2+ years of management experience with several direct reports
- Proven experience as a senior software engineer on complex, large-scale, cloud-based systems
- Strong understanding of high-performing and sustainable engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders
- Proven success working with complex problems and ambiguity
