Growth Data Scientist (Europe)

Nivoda is seeking a Growth Data Scientist to build models, analysis, and decision systems that help the company grow faster and more intelligently. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in modeling, experimentation, segmentation, and commercial problem-solving, with experience in Python, SQL, and modern data tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years in data science, applied statistics, growth analytics, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Experience building practical models that influence business decisions.
• Good understanding of experimentation, statistical reasoning, and measurement.
• Ability to work with messy, incomplete, or fast-changing data.
• Strong commercial judgement.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bias for action, with a high quality bar.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a scale-up environment.
