In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic brand partnerships, driving significant GMV and profitable growth through executive-level relationship building, commercial negotiations, and data-driven deal structuring. You will play a key role in shaping Spreetail’s go-to-market strategy by influencing how partnerships are structured, scaled, and optimized for long-term success. This position requires strong financial acumen, a consultative and strategic sales approach, and the ability to operate autonomously while delivering measurable business impact.How you will achieve success
- Drive significant GMV and profit growth by closing high-value brand partnerships that align with Spreetail’s long-term strategic and profitability goals.
- Own complex sales cycles end-to-end, building multi-threaded relationships with executive decision makers and guiding opportunities from prospecting through close.
- Lead financial analysis, commercial structuring, and negotiation strategy to ensure partnerships deliver scalable, sustainable profitability.
- Influence and improve go-to-market strategy by refining sales messaging, partnership structures, and repeatable playbooks for strategic deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and informal leader by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and partnering cross-functionally to drive organizational success.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience with a proven track record closing complex, high-value partnerships.
- Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders, founders, and C-suite leaders.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience evaluating profitability, structuring deals, and using data to guide negotiations.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing short-term revenue goals with long-term business strategy.
- Experience mentoring others, influencing sales processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve team performance and drive business growth.
