We are seeking a driven and professional HR Consultant – Business Solutions Advisor to support small businesses with operational support, business protection solutions, and group employee benefit options. Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with small business owners regarding workplace support solutions and business growth resources.
• Educate clients on business protection resources, legal support services, and group employee benefit options available for businesses and their teams.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business owners and decision makers.
• Identify client needs and recommend solutions that support growth, compliance, employee retention, and operational stability.
• Participate in outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand client relationships and business opportunities.

• Experience in HR, consulting, business development, customer relations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Self motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
• Ability to work independently while managing client relationships effectively.
