Job Title: Exam Proctoring & Data Entry Assistant
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday)
Location: Remote

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Exam Proctoring & Data Entry Assistant to support our client's team. This position involves tasks such as generating attendee reports, preparing follow-up emails, and ensuring accurate data management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee online exam sessions to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Pull and organize reports of meeting and exam attendees from various platforms.
• Prepare and send follow-up emails based on attendee and exam data.
• Accurately enter and update data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on administrative and reporting tasks.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all handled information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or exam proctoring preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for data management and reporting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to various online tools and platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
