Software Technician (AppSheet Technical Support)

RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly motivated Software Technician to support AppSheet-based application development. If you are passionate about no-code/low-code platforms, have experience working with Google Sheets and AppSheet, and love solving problems through smart automation—this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Role:

As a Software Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing business applications built on AppSheet. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless functionality and performance of client-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for existing AppSheet applications
• Assist in building and maintaining AppSheet apps based on business needs
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to data sync, user access, workflows, and formulas
• Manage and manipulate complex Google Sheets data integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve app usability and performance
• Maintain clear documentation and version control of app changes and configurations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience working with AppSheet and Google Sheets in a technical capacity
• Strong understanding of relational data structures, formulas, and app logic
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Prior experience supporting internal tools or process automation is an advantage

Tech Stack / Tools You’ll Use:

-AppSheet (primary)

-Google Sheets (advanced level)

-Google Drive, Forms, Docs

• Basic scripting (Apps Script experience is a plus)
