Senior Administrator – Mobility

Key Responsibilities:
- Senior hands-on L2/L3 engineer responsible for daily operations, administration, and lifecycle management of enterprise mobile devices, wireless services, and endpoint mobility platforms.
- Ensures secure, compliant, and reliable mobility services while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and customer experience expectations.
- Administer Omnissa Workspace ONE/UEM including enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, groups, and app
- deployment.
- Maintain Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and zero-touch provisioning.
- Provision, refresh, reclaim, wipe, retire, and redeploy mobile assets.
- Serve as escalation resource for incidents involving enrollment failures, OS issues, app access, MFA, SIM/eSIM, and policy conflicts.
- Manage carrier activations, suspensions, transfers, porting, plan changes, and roaming.
- Produce dashboards on compliance, stale devices, cost usage, lifecycle status, and SLA performance.
- Create SOPs, KBs, and automation improvements.
- Manage enterprise app stores, app packaging, testing, and deployment.
- Utilize PowerShell, Python, or bash scripting to automate device provisioning and management tasks.
Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years enterprise mobility administration.
- Workspace ONE / Omnissa / Intune / JAMF exposure preferred.
- ServiceNow / ITIL workflows.
- Strong customer-facing communication
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of mobile security, identity management (Azure AD), and compliance standards
Certifications:
- Good to haveMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), JAMF certification, or security certifications (SC-900).
