Senior Industrial IT Full Stack / Backend & AI Integration Engineer

Design, develop and deploy industrial digital solutions leveraging full stack technologies, AI capabilities and cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability, quality and alignment with business strategy to support the company’s digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy industrial applications aligned with business needs and IT/OT standards.
• Define technical roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to architect scalable solutions.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into industrial processes (e.g., anomaly detection, NLP, decision support tools).
• Manage cloud infrastructure lifecycle including CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments and Terraform.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing automation and best practices.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable and observable systems with minimal defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and offshore partners to deliver solutions efficiently.
• Support application lifecycle including documentation, deployment and 2nd/3rd level support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields
• Specific Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack/backend development and industrial digital solutions; experience in Agile and continuous delivery environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of front-end (Angular, React, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot); experience with SQL/NoSQL databases; hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services (APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, agents); experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform; knowledge of testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Language: Advanced English B2-C1.
• Other: Strong problem-solving skills, experience in IT/industrial projects, knowledge of ITIL (desirable), and ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.

Ingeniero Senior IT Industrial Full Stack / Backend & Integración de IA

Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones digitales industriales utilizando tecnologías full stack, inteligencia artificial y arquitecturas cloud, asegurando calidad, escalabilidad y alineación con la estrategia del negocio para impulsar la transformación digital.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar aplicaciones industriales alineadas con necesidades del negocio y estándares IT/OT.
• Definir roadmaps técnicos y colaborar con stakeholders en la arquitectura de soluciones escalables.
• Integrar capacidades de inteligencia artificial en procesos industriales (detección de anomalías, NLP, soporte a decisiones).
• Gestionar el ciclo de vida de la infraestructura cloud (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Garantizar la calidad del código mediante revisiones, automatización de pruebas y buenas prácticas.
• Construir soluciones robustas, escalables y con alta disponibilidad.
• Colaborar con equipos IT y partners offshore para la entrega eficiente de soluciones.
• Brindar soporte de segundo y tercer nivel, asegurando continuidad operativa.

Requisitos:

• Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos o carreras afines
• Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo full stack/backend y soluciones digitales industriales; experiencia en metodologías ágiles y entrega continua.
• Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimiento en tecnologías front-end (Angular, React, Vue) y back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot); bases de datos SQL y NoSQL; integración de servicios de IA (APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentes); experiencia en cloud (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform; automatización de pruebas y prácticas DevOps.
• Idioma: Inglés avanzado B2-C1
• Otros: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, experiencia en proyectos IT/industriales, conocimiento de ITIL (deseable) y capacidad de trabajo en entornos globales.
