Machine Learning Engineer

CuddlyNest is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to productionize and scale AI systems that power recommendations, ranking, search relevance, fraud detection, and intelligent automation across the platform.

• Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production.
• Build scalable MLOps pipelines for training, monitoring, and retraining.
• Optimize search ranking and recommendation systems.
• Develop NLP and generative AI applications.
• Implement monitoring and model performance tracking.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.
• Ensure model reliability, latency, and scalability.

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with feature stores, model serving, and observability tools.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and APIs.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in travel tech or marketplace platforms.
• Knowledge of large language models and vector search.
• Experience with recommendation systems and ranking algorithms.
