Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating vacation bookings and client travel arrangements in a remote environment.

This role focuses on helping clients secure cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, accommodations, and related travel experiences while providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations - Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability - Coordinate booking details and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements - Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients - Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions - Provide professional support throughout the reservation process - Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates

Requirements

- Must be 18+ and based in the United States - Strong communication and customer service skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Basic computer and online scheduling system knowledge - Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative support - Interest in cruises, resorts, or the travel industry - Familiarity with online booking platforms and reservation systems
