We are seeking a BI Developer with strong Power BI and semantic modeling experience and a track record delivering governed reporting solutions.

  • Strong Power BI and semantic model development experience
  • Ability to translate business questions into governed metrics, approved dimensions, and reusable reporting logic
  • Comfortable harvesting and consolidating logic from DAX, SQL, stored procedures, and existing reports
  • Experience designing business-facing reporting outputs, templates, and validation processes with end users
  • Proven ability to bridge business language and underlying warehouse structures

Key Responsibilities

We collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions that are accurate, reusable, and aligned with business goals.

  • Design and build Power BI reports and semantic models grounded in governed metrics and approved dimensions
  • Harvest and consolidate logic from DAX, SQL, stored procedures, and existing reports
  • Translate business questions into reusable reporting logic and validated outputs
  • Work directly with end users to design business-facing reporting templates and drive validation
  • Bridge business language and warehouse structures to ensure reports are both accurate and actionable
