[Job - 29172] Mid Level/ Senior Backend Developer Java , Brasil

Requirements

• Act as the protagonist of digital and cultural transformation in the largest Brazilian bank, not only following established practices but building a foundation for continuous search for technical excellence;
• Act with focus on the impact to be generated by the solution and the user experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement efficient solutions.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing systems.
• Integration of systems with AWS cloud services.
• Object-oriented orientation: mastery of the paradigm with fluency in concepts and applicability (Classes and Objects, Association, Encapsulation, Inheritance, and Polymorphism)
• Experience in development in Phyton, Node, Java, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Deep knowledge in microservices architecture, design patterns practices, Clean Arch, BFF architectural pattern
• Knowledge of the concept and application of Feature Toggle in the application
• Good software development practices with SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, and DDD
• Modeling REST APIs with Springboot and creating gateways using AWS API Gateway.
• Knowledge of application security, including authentication and permission mechanisms for API consumption, OWASP, and best practices
• Practice in unit and integration testing with JUnit4+ and Mockito
• Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, Fargate, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
• Desirable: Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Use of message services such as Amazon SQS or Kafka
• Experience in DevOps practices and automation with tools such as Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git and Github
• CI/CD - Knowledge of GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline
• Experience with Veracode
• Soft Skill: Experience working with agile teams and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Search for and appreciate the continuous improvement of processes and engineering practices, with critical thinking and ability to direct junior developers in the team.
