ControlUp is a leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build full stack features end-to-end, leveraging AI tooling to improve speed, quality, and innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software development, with meaningful full stack experience
- Strong front-end skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Back-end proficiency — Node.js or similar; REST/GraphQL API design
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools in your day-to-day development workflow
- Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, design patterns, system design
- Proven ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
