Harvey is a company transforming legal and professional services with AI and an enterprise-grade platform. We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Backend to build secure, multi-tenant services and orchestrate interactions with LLMs and agentic tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience building and operating production web applications or SaaS products
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with a modern web framework (e.g., FastAPI or Flask)
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres)
- Solid understanding of API design, authentication/authorization, background job patterns, and robust error handling
