Software Engineer - Backend & Data

We are hiring a Software Engineer - Backend & Data to design and implement the next iteration of the data pipeline, storage solutions, and APIs for a high-traffic SaaS platform. The successful candidate will work remotely within Europe, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• Pipeline & API Development: Define, design, and implement continuous improvements for the SaaS platform, data storage, and ETL pipelines related to security, quality, testing, automation, and new features.
• Platform Maintenance: Ensure the high availability, scalability, and performance of the platform, data architecture, and associated internal tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support internal staff and external stakeholders in understanding and maximizing the utility of the platform’s data and tools.
• Sprint Management: Contribute actively to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization; estimate technical effort and assist in establishing realistic project timelines.
• Project Tracking: Proactively track and report on development progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or technical roadblocks early.
