Aro Homes is seeking a Development Manager to drive the end-to-end process for getting projects ready for construction as efficiently and quickly as possible. The role involves planning and completing land development activities, building relationships with neighbors and municipalities, and facilitating project management software.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in residential in-fill development
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management/related field or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Process driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
