We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help evolve and modernize how our Public Warning products are built, deployed, upgraded, and operated across both on-premise and cloud-based environments.

Requirements

  • Own, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and internal delivery tooling for Public Warning products.
  • Design and develop reusable Jenkins and GitLab pipeline templates and automation frameworks.
  • Drive automation across deployments, upgrades, configuration management, operational workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Support and optimize infrastructure hosted within AWS and OVH environments.
  • Enhance certificate management, observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness across environments.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams and occasionally participate in customer discussions to better understand deployment challenges and operational pain points.
  • Support escalations and troubleshooting activities when required.
