Requirements
- Hands-on SRE or infrastructure engineering background
- Fluent with cloud-native infrastructure - Kubernetes, observability stacks, CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience managing or leading a small-to-mid-size engineering team
- Built and owned an SRE or infrastructure roadmap
- Represents technical needs in cross-functional and leadership conversations
