We are seeking an Engineering Manager – Mechanical & Electrical to lead and develop a distributed team of LATAM-based engineering resources. The role is responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, driving design quality, execution, and manufacturability, and overseeing electrical engineering integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in industrial, modular, or engineered-to-order environments
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Strong mechanical engineering background with design experience
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams
- Ability to review and approve mechanical and electrical designs
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills
