Deepgram is looking for an engineering manager to lead the design and implementation of Deepgram's core voice AI APIs. The successful candidate will lead two teams of engineers in building the services that power Deepgram's STT, TTS, and Voice Agent product lines.
Requirements
- Recruit, hire, train, and support top engineering talent
- Transform cross-functional visions into detailed project plans
- Define and own the technical strategy enabling Deepgram's core APIs to remain best-in-class
- Promote a robust team engineering culture
- Partner with Product and Research to design and implement new services, features, and/or products end to end
- Coach and mentor engineers to achieve high personal growth
