As a Staff Software Engineer, you will hold one of the most senior technical positions in the engineering organisation, leading the decoupling of the UI from the underlying web technology stack and driving the adoption of new technologies and approaches. You will be responsible for the long-term health and direction of the architecture, deriving key architectural pain points, creating clear priorities and actionable plans, and following through on those plans until final delivery.

- Extensive track record in software engineering
- Deep architectural expertise
- Subject matter expertise across multiple technical domains
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Strong hands-on skills
- Experience in defining engineering standards and best practices
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers
- Strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution
