Requirements
- Build systems that make 300 engineers faster
- Lead important incidents end-to-end
- Design golden paths for services
- Own the full dev tooling surface
- Turn recurring developer friction into one-time fixes
- Build agent-friendly infrastructure
- Build AI-native reliability tooling
- Think at the system level about tech debt
