A fast-growing, venture-backed AI company is hiring AI Engineers to help build systems where AI doesn’t just generate responses but executes real workflows.
The team is developing AI agents capable of reasoning, coordinating tools, and running multi-step operational processes across enterprise systems.
The role
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows
- Design infrastructure for LLM orchestration, tool usage, and task execution
- Develop production systems in Python
- Implement RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven automation
- Work closely with engineers and researchers pushing AI systems into production
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills in Python
- Experience with LLMs and building agentic frameworks
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, or similar orchestration tools
- Background in building scalable AI-powered applications or automation systems
