Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer to support the scaling of our low code/no code AI automation initiatives focused on deploying agentic workflows across Support Operations and Communications teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflow solutions using LLM frameworks, automation platforms, and enterprise integrations. This role requires someone who can translate operational business requirements into scalable AI-driven automation workflows with minimal custom software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock Agents, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
• Build AI-powered automation solutions for ticket triage, root cause analysis, escalation workflows, and operational support processes
• Develop and optimize prompts for production-grade AI use cases including summarization, classification, reasoning, and workflow automation
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Work with low code/no code platforms and automation tools to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions
• Build and support RAG-based applications and knowledge retrieval systems
• Collaborate with operations, support, and communications teams to automate business workflows and improve process efficiency
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and quality checks for AI-generated outputs
• Document workflows, automation logic, integration designs, and deployment processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Generative AI / LLM application development
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques
• Experience building workflow automation and AI orchestration solutions
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search concepts
• Experience with Python and automation scripting
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with ticketing and operations tools like ServiceNow or JIRA

Nice to Have

• Experience with low code/no code automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Workato, Retool, or similar tools
• Understanding of NLP concepts including intent classification and text analysis
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, hallucination detection, and human-in-the-loop review systems
• Exposure to QA automation or operations support environments
• Knowledge of escalation workflows and severity-based routing
