Corporate Account Manager

You will oversee some of our largest and most strategic corporate accounts, drive cross‑regional alignment, and collaborate closely with North Africa teams to ensure consistent execution and value delivery. The position may be based in Morocco, Egypt, or Algeria, depending on candidate location and organizational requirements.
- What You’ll Lead
- Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate and multi‑site accounts
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Ecolab’s growth roadmap
- Identify, shape, and close high‑value GAIN opportunities across regions
- Lead pricing, contract renewals, and margin‑improvement initiatives
- Conduct in‑depth site assessments and deliver data‑driven recommendations
- Deploy Ecolab technologies to elevate productivity, food safety, sustainability, and quality
- Support customers across Food, Beverage, Dairy, and multi‑plant networks
- Track and communicate KPIs to demonstrate measurable value
- Ensure strong coverage, risk mitigation, and competitive defense
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and executive‑level reporting
- Uphold Ecolab and customer safety standards
- Complete required certifications and ensure incident reporting
- Promote best practices across customer sites and internal teams
- Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, Business Development, and Corporate Accounts
- Leverage regional and North American teams for sanitation programs, digital solutions, and equipment support
- Influence cross‑regional strategy and support global customer initiatives
- What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- 2+ years in Corporate Accounts, Sales, F&B, Hygiene/Sanitation, Chemicals, or Technical Service
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing large or multi‑site customers is a strong advantage
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
