We’re looking for an Account Manager I – F&B to support our fast‑growing Food & Beverage business in Morocco, as we aim to double the business within two years. This role is perfect for someone who brings technical depth, builds trusted customer relationships, and delivers strong commercial outcomes.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Drive Growth & Profitability
- Lead sales and retention efforts across a defined territory
- Build and execute strategic territory plans
- Identify and support high‑value “GAIN” opportunities
- Implement pricing strategies to strengthen margins
Support Customer Operations
- Conduct site assessments and recommend improvements
- Deploy Ecolab technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and food safety
- Serve customers across Food, Beverage, and Dairy segments
- Track KPIs to ensure measurable customer outcomes
Manage a High‑Value Territory
- Oversee a portfolio representing ~30–35% of national business
- Ensure strong account coverage and minimize competitive risk
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates
Champion Safety & Compliance
- Follow Ecolab and customer safety protocols
- Complete required training and report incidents promptly
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, Business Development, and Corporate Accounts
- Leverage regional teams for sanitation programs, digital solutions, and equipment support
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, F&B, Hygiene/Sanitation, Chemicals, or Technical Service
- Strong consultative selling and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
