Senior Marketing Manager

At X Casino, we’re seeking a seasoned marketing leader who thoroughly understands the iGaming space.

Not just ads.

Not just affiliates.

Not just CRM.

We need someone who can build the growth engine, manage a team, own KPIs, and scale both casino and sportsbook.

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years marketing experience in iGaming (casino & sportsbook)

• Strong affiliate experience (CPA / Rev Share / ROI control)

• Data-driven mindset (Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4 / BI tools)

• Deep understanding of retention, LTV, bonus cost, player lifecycle

• Experience managing budgets and hitting performance targets

You will:

• Own Wagered, FTDs and NGR

• Build and structure the marketing team

• Scale and professionalize the affiliate program

• Optimize retention & cross-sell

• Turn data into decisions

iGaming experience is mandatory.

Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement.

This is a leadership role with real ownership and performance-based upside.
