About the Role

You will focus on growing your respective Solutions line through new sales and maintenance/growth of current base (renewals and upsell/cross-sell). You are responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships and leveraging internal and external resources to drive growth.


Responsibilities

  • Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client
  • Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close
  • Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services
  • Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression
  • Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction
  • Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows


Requirements

  • Have a university degree or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
  • Display functional knowledge of negotiation process
  • Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition
  • Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams
